Have you noticed patterns in your life? Recurring similarities of images, incidents, themes, characters, etc.? As if you’re living in a movie? As if your life is a script unfolding? As if your inner world reflects your outer world? As if your outer world reflects your inner world? As if there is no dividing line between them?

Have you noticed that there is no inner and outer, that everything arises in consciousness without separation, as one? Have you noticed that you are that consciousness in which everything happens?

Have you seen that the world exists in you and as you? Have you seen that you are the world?
